How are boarding facilities verified?
We conduct on-site inspections checking hygiene, space, ventilation, safety enclosures, feeding protocols, and staff experience. Facilities are re-inspected quarterly.
Will I get updates about my pet?
Yes. Boarding facilities and sitters send photo/video updates at least 3 times per day. You can also request additional check-ins anytime.
Can my pet stay at the sitter's home instead?
Yes. We offer both facility boarding and home sitting. Home sitters are background-checked and experienced with your pet's breed.
How much does pet boarding cost?
Boarding starts at ₹499/night for small dogs. Rates vary by city, facility type, and pet size. Home sitting starts at ₹699/night. PawPass members get priority booking.
